You can do the same with people who wrote to you in the past but decided not to visit. Browse the email, phone number, send a link to your article or advice. Subtly, without pushy selling – just remind these people.
3. STAY IN TOUCH!
First of all, stay in touch with the people who come to you regularly. So that they come more often and to reduce the risk that one day they will go elsewhere.
It is also worth calling the client a few days after the treatment and asking if everything is ok. It may not be a classic advertisement, but building and strengthening relationships that will surely pay off with further visits and recommendations. Few people do such things – it’s a great opportunity to positively stand out from the crowd.
Second, encourage your current clients to be your ambassadors. You can organize a contest, offer a small discount or a gift for taking a photo of your visit to the salon and posting it on your social media with the tag.
4. CO-OPERATION
In the current situation, it is difficult to organize large joint events for clients, but you can do a lot of things online.
Now, almost every company runs social media. Communicate with local business owners (florist, fitness, other services, non-chain stores, boutiques, etc.) about helping each other attract new customers. If each of you mentions another company once a week in the post, your customers will not be offended, and you have a chance to significantly expand your audience.

Make a list of regional websites, media, bloggers with whom you could cooperate. Organize a live broadcast in the form of an interview or answering questions from readers / recipients.
For the website owner, it is called free content, and for you an opportunity to show yourself to a wider audience. If you perform, for example, only one type of treatments or you have something unique, unusual, interesting in your offer – be sure to write about it.

Develop a system for collecting customer opinions, e.g. the day after the visit, you send an e-mail / text message thanking you for the visit, asking if everything is ok and asking for an opinion (with a link). You can also ask clients who leave the salon and, for example, give them a small leaflet with information on where to add an opinion and with a candy attached in the form of a bribe
Choose the method that suits you best – the most important thing is that it should be a standard, at least in the case of people who have not yet issued such an opinion (you can write it down, for example, in customer cards). Few people issue opinions on their own initiative – if you have a developed way of encouraging them to write them, there will certainly be more of these opinions.

People like to share fun, interesting, surprising content. The “seriousness of a professional” requires not to overdo it with this type of material, but if you share something more “at ease” from time to time, your professional image will certainly not suffer from it, and you will even show yourself to clients from a different, more “human” pages.
It has to be your own original materials – only then does it make sense. Don’t forget about your logo or any other bearing for the salon. If you lack ideas for this type of material, watch what people post and share willingly. Consider if (and how) you could do something similar in the context of your own business. Eventually you’ll come up with a cool idea!

Such a profile improves your visibility in the search engine, increases customer trust in the company, the company appears above organic search results.
